I can say without reservation that Mo and Lauren are the best coaches I have ever engaged with, since they are so able to effectively explain and communicate all the technical and physiological principles of rowing.

They have been committed to helping their athletes train smart, learn technique, increase speed and strength both on the erg and the water.
