What is the daily schedule?
Wednesday:

9:30-11:30 AM – Coached row in 2x

4:00-5:00 PM – ARION row in 2x (ARION athlete in stroke or bow)
Thursday:
-
8:00-10:00 AM – Coached row in 4x

3:00-4:00 PM – Video review session

4:00-5:00 PM – ARION row in 2x

6:00-7:30 PM – Dinner at the ARION training house
Friday:
-
7:00-11:00 AM – Private 1x row with data-collecting oarlock (1-hour sessions)

Data Review with Coach Catalano – Option to meet in person later in the evening or schedule a virtual session if departing earlier
Where will we be rowing?
This camp takes place in Tampa, FL, where you'll be rowing on the stunning Tampa Bypass Canal and Hillsborough River--two training locations used by ARION athletes.
What are the requirements to attend?
To be eligible, athletes must:
✅ Be over 18 years of age (no upper limit)
✅ Confidently row in a racing single
✅ Be healthy and physically fit to handle two practices per day
✅ Weigh between 120–190 lbs to be comfortable in ARION equipment
If accepted, references may be checked to ensure the camp is the right fit for your skill level.
What is the COST and what’s included in my registration?
Registration cost is $1499 which covers:
✔️ Coaching & instruction from top-tier professionals with recent Olympic and World Championship experience
✔️ Use of high-level rowing shells, oars, and state-of-the-art accessory equipment
✔️ Rowing directly with elite-training athletes
✔️ Dinner on Thursday night

🏠 Not included: Lodging, food (except Thursday dinner), transportation, and additional activities.
How many athletes will be accepted?
This exclusive experience is limited to just FOUR athletes.
Acceptance is first-come, first-served after meeting skill-level requirements. If the camp fills, you can join a waitlist for future pop-up camps.
If this camp is still advertised, there is still at least one seat left.
Do I need my own boat?
No, you’ll row in ARION-owned equipment. However, if you’d like to bring your own boat, speed coaches, oars, or other gear, check with the coaches upon acceptance.
